We use RPM as the framework for our consulting
engagements and can provide our clients with a customized version
including an integrated candidate tracking system that was created
to support the RPM methodology. Most consulting engagements
begin with an assessment of our client’s current process and
best practices as well as their goals for the new methodology.
This entails a series of short interviews and reviewing key documents
and existing templates. From this information we will work with
your team to customize RPM
to fit your needs and deliver a methodology complete with process
flows, templates, and the supporting technology to bring it all
together.
